Nikolay has a hands-on expertise of the entire project development lifecycle, including requirements definition, software implementation, and test and validation in the driver information and electrification product domains. Dedicated human resources professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics of Human Resources and Master’s Degree in Labor and Organizational Psychology. Author of an academic article in the Human Resources field. As a HR Business Partner Alex has to set and ensure that all HR processes, policies and standards are implemented and followed, the Turbulence Technology culture and values are instilled throughout and our employees are engaged and enabled.
